How to automate restocking in TCG Card Shop Simulator

Once your shop grows, restocking becomes the main job: counting cartons, ordering, carrying deliveries to the warehouse and filling shelves. This guide shows what the game's own workers can do, where they stop, and how the free mod Restock Commander takes over the rest, while you still confirm every purchase by default.

What the game's workers do

  • You can hire workers once your shop reaches level 10 (per a 2024 guide; check your game version).
  • Workers set to restock fill your shop shelves from the stock you already have.
  • They don't fill card tables (per the same 2024 guide).
  • Ordering new stock stays your job: in the game you fill the cart and pay yourself.

Where it gets tedious

  • Working out what's missing across many products and shelves.
  • Ordering the right number of cartons without overbuying.
  • Getting deliveries into the warehouse and keeping shop shelves full.
  • Setting up new shelves: every compartment needs a product first.

What Restock Commander adds

Restock Commander is a free BepInEx 5 mod (tested on game 1.07) with an in-game app:

  • Plan the order (F6): RC checks shop shelves, warehouse, cart and incoming deliveries and puts only what's missing into the cart.
  • You confirm: by default nothing is bought until you press Confirm purchase. One-click purchase is optional and off by default. Budget protection keeps your cash reserve untouched.
  • Store & refill (F7): cartons go to their assigned warehouse compartments, and shop shelves are refilled from stock, even while the delivery is still arriving.
  • Shelves that assign themselves: Automation → Shelves → Assign products gives every unlocked product a shop and a warehouse compartment, as long as empty ones are left. Only empty compartments are touched.

Step by step

  1. Install BepInEx 5 for TCG Card Shop Simulator.
  2. Download Restock Commander from Nexus Mods: the Vortex file for Vortex, or the Manual file (also for the Real TCG Overhaul Mod Manager). Install only one of them.
  3. Start the game, load your shop and press F6.
  4. New shelves? Open Automation → Shelves and press Assign products.
  5. Press Restock Now, check the cart in Review your purchase, then press Confirm purchase.
  6. Press F7 to store the delivery and refill your shop shelves. Stop safely stops it at any time.

Good to know

  • Card tables: Restock Commander refills normal product shelves, not card tables.
  • Shortcuts: Ctrl+F7 restocks from anywhere in the shop (press again to buy), Backspace empties the open shop cart. All keys can be changed in Settings → Hotkeys.
  • Other mods: RC shows the mods it recognised and known key conflicts under Settings › Integrations. See the compatibility list.
  • Removing RC: Restock Commander has no save data of its own; the game saves as usual. Before you remove it, stop a running job with Stop safely and buy or clear a cart RC prepared. Then close the game and remove RC through your mod manager, or delete only its plugin folder. Shelf labels set with Assign products are normal game data and stay. Don't delete BepInEx, other mods or saves.
